SRI is an ISO 9001:2008 and CMMI Level 3 certified logistics solution provider that was awareded contracts to manage resources for the army. SRI was required to manage report submission from installations to government level PMO Office. They were also responsible to manage purchase request approval workflows from installations to the PMO. Previously SRI had relied on Excel Spreedsheets to track this information. Scaling access to this information to many users, providing different levels off access per role, and managing a more complex data and user experience meant that SRI had to find a reliable solution provider and hosting company that is able to deliver those requirements, while maintaining business continuity to this mission critical application.
Albatross Solution
Albatross was able to engage with SRI to deliver proof of concept to a software solution that addressed the approval workflows. SharePoint was used to deliver the web facing application.
Albatross setup and configured a private cloud dedicated to SRI that hosted servers on which the application was stationed. Data and Server backup operations were setup on the entire farm. Albatross team, was in charge of monitoring the system, providing any maintenance to ensure seamless operation for the client and end users.
Albatross team also offered end-user level help desk services to support the application on an ongoign basis.

The City of Woodbury, Minnesota, was in a need to deliver a internet and intranet portal site wide to be hosted an affordable and relaiable cloud provider.
